Very expericienced diagnostian. Wish I had found Dr. Westergaard sooner.

I just cannot say enough great things about Dr. Westergaard and her amazing staff. To say she is incredible is an understatement!! If it were not for her, I truly believe I would not be here today with the excruciating amounts of pain I was in whenever I first started seeing her. To now have enough relief with her help to be able to live life with my family that includes 3 very active little ones is nothing short of amazing, and it’s all because of her. She takes the time to really listen and goes above and beyond to help. She’s even helped me after a freak accident tore my calf muscle to get imaging and find the right Orthopedic Surgeon and Vascular Surgeon to get answers and help. She’s truly on-of-a-kind, and just the most sweetest and most compassionate physicians there is. She’s so highly educated and knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to help you. I so appreciate her doing trigger point injections and a block to try and help as well! Her wonderful staff is so awesome, friendly and caring - their smiles make you feel so much better! They work so diligently to ensure all is taken care of so that you don’t have to worry about it, which is awesome! I could go on and on about Dr. Westergaard, and will never be able to thank her enough for all that she’s done, and is doing, to help me. If you’re in pain and want someone who will truly care, listen and HELP you, please give them a call.

Dr. Westergaard is a great listener and so very gentle when it comes to performing her pain management. Dr. Westergaard’s video bedside manner is just like being in her office. I give her an A+. Don’t hesitate to schedule a video medical chat. The office stuff is beyond outstanding. You can tell they care for each patient. .

I have had 3 epidural injections (cervical & lumbar) done by Dr Westergaard. The most recent was in Nov. 2018. She is very professional, courteous, she conducts a thorough exam and answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to go to her for any other injections in the future. I completely understand her precaution in doing bloodwork prior to an injection. More doctors should take the precautions she takes.

She is so great at listening to my issues. I had to change doctors due to insurance, but now that I am on Medicare I hope to go back to her. A very caring person and doctor. Love her.

The office staff was remarkable, they went out of their way to assist both my husband and myself. Dr. Westergaard is 'no nonsense', she gets right to the point and took the time to fully evaluate our situation. She wasn't interested in just prescribing more pills...she wanted to give us back our lives by removing the pain.

I have been a patient of Westergaard(W)for ~ 8 months. I was referred to her for pain management following cervical (neck) and lumbar (low back) fusions, and the removal of lumbar fixation hardware. These surgeries were all primarily successful; however, debilitating, widespread pain persisted 18 months post-op. At my very first appointment, W struck me as being very academic; you know, little eye contact, full of questions, but not very chatty. I was a bit miffed at first, but I was in such intolerable pain that I just let her "take the lead." And boy, I am glad that I did. Once she read my medical history and asked me all of the relevant questions, W became far more personable... even compassionate. She then explained that "the first thing we need to do is get you out of pain." From that moment on, nothing became more important to me than her professional commitment to relieving patients of debilitating pain. I have been thankful for W's academic, "cutting-edge" care ever since.
